Israel withdrew completely from southern Lebanon 6 years ago. In the last 48 hours, the Hezbollah (Hizbollah) terrorist organisation has killed 8 soldiers, kidnapped 2 and fired rockets on Israel’s northern communities, killing a woman and causing immense damage.

Israel unilaterally withdrew from the Gaza Strip in 2005. Since then, Palestinian terrorists have fired rockets at Israel’s southern communities on a daily basis. On June 25, Palestinian terrorists staged a premeditated infiltration into Israel’s sovereign territory, resulting in the murder of 2 soldiers and the kidnapping of Gilad Shalit, whose whereabouts is still unknown.
