Free Public Lecture by Emunah Hasin
Director of External Affairs at the
Shaare Zedek Medical Center,
Jerusalem, Israel

Over the past 5 years Shaare Tzedek has been on the front line in treating victims of the unrelenting terror in Israel. Emunah Hasin's role as the Director of External Relations involves explaining how the hospital deals with taking in terror victims following an attack, both on a personal and organisational level, and how they're cared for in the crucial months following their near-fatal injuries.

Having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, and a Master of Public Administration Concentration in Health Systems from Clark University, Worcester, Hasin is also a lecturer in a MPA program in quality Improvement in Health Care Systems at the Clark University, Israel. In her spare time Hasin is also a counsellor, a volunteer policewoman in Jerusalem and she even finds time to help her son at his store.

Hasin is world-renowned for her emotional talks in which she gives accounts of her story, particularly her personal involvement in the ER.
